Screw Terminal Mica Capacitor
Mica is a natural,high-quality dielectric material. Its advantages are high dielectric strength, large dielectric constant, high chemical stability, and good heat resistance. Mica capacitors have high reliability and stability than other capacitors.
Our company's mica capacitors are made by high-quality mica paper and natural mica flakes, temperature coefficient small, the dielectric loss tangent value is <5×10-3 (the smallest can reach 1×10-4), the thermal stability is good, the capacity accuracy is high, and the good stability (under specified conditions, storage 14 years, capacity change does not exceed ±1%) and has good high-frequency characteristics.
Application fields: widely used in national defense, aerospace, aviation, navigation, medical, communications, electromechanical, metallurgy, chemical and other fields.
Insulation resistance: C≥0.1μF, R≥1000 MΩ; C<0.1μF, R>5000 MΩ under normal climatic conditions
High temperature characteristics:
● After the capacitor is storage at a high temperature of +200℃ for 1 hour, its capacity change rate is ≤±10%, insulation resistance R>500 MΩ, loss tangent value tgδ≤5×10-3 (1kHz), in line with DC resistance Pressure requirements.
● After the capacitor is kept at -55℃ for 1 hour, its capacity change rate is ≤±7%, insulation resistance R>500 MΩ, loss tangent value tgδ≤5×10-3 (1kHz).
● After the capacitor has been cycled at -55~+200℃ for five times, its capacity change rate is ≯±5%, insulation resistance R>500 MΩ, loss tangent value tgδ≤5×10-3 (1kHz).
● The capacity change rate of the capacitor is ≯±5%, the insulation resistance R>500 MΩ, and the loss tangent value tgδ≤5×10-3 after 48 hours under the condition of +40℃ and 95~98% relative humidity. 1kHz).
● When the capacitor is stored at +195℃~+200℃ for 96 hours, its capacity change rate is ≤±10%, insulation resistance R>500 MΩ, loss tangent value tgδ≤6×10-3 (1kHz).
● Vibration characteristics: After the capacitor is subjected to mechanical vibration, its capacity change rate is ≤±5%.
Application:
● suitable for high-frequency, high-voltage, high-current circuits, such as high-frequency feedback circuits, high-frequency resonance circuits, pulse circuits, etc.
