CA Solid-Electrolyte TANTALEX™ Capacitors, Hermetically-Sealed, Axial-Lead(Through-Hole), Replacement of Vishay 510D Series.

Feature: 

● Terminations: tin / lead (SnPb), 100 % tin (RoHS-compliant)

 These high performance, hermetically-sealed TANTALEX capacitors have set the standard for solid-electrolyte tantalum capacitors for more than three decades

 High capacitance, low DCL, low dissipation factor and exceptional operating stability

 Performance and reliability have been proven in commercial, industrial and military applications

 Available in four case codes and capacitors and are supplied with plastic-film insulation

 Terminals are solid, tinned nickel wire leads


Application: 
● Used in electronic equipment such as telecommunication,instrument and meters.

Technical:
● Operating temperature range: -55°C~+125°C(>85°C with voltage derating);
● Capacitance tolerance: ±10%, ±20%;
● DC leakage: at+25
°C, I0 ≤ 0.001CRUR (μA) or 1μA.
                          at +85
°C, I ≤ 8*I0, or 8μA, at +125°C, I ≤ 10*I0 or 10μA (whichever is greater);
