C95 Metallized High Temperature Film Capacitor For Automotive 450V 10UF 15UF 20UF Replacement of Murata FH series attain continuous use at 125℃.

Feature & Application:

● Used in DC smoothing Capacitor for automotive applications (such as DC-DC convertor, OBC,WPT, etc.), Can be continuously worked at 125℃.

● Used metallized segment film design, with good self-healing property to work at high temperatures.

● Conforming the automotive test requirements

Technical:

● Endurance：125℃/450V,2000h；150℃/310V,300h；

● Damp heat test with loading: 85℃/85%RH/450Vdc , 1000 hours；

● Temperature shock：-40℃←→125℃ 1000 cycles；

Currently, the film capacitors widely used in automotive applications guarantee 105℃ continuous or less in general.

We developed a new high temperature film material, and developed high temperature film capacitors that can be continuously used at the temperature of 125℃.

Although high temperature film capacitors have previously existed, their self-healing function barely works at high temperature and it can lead to a short mode failure. On the other hand, our newly developed products feature the implementation of self-healing function at high temperature ranges.
