■ Product's Introduction

ZN11 damping absorption protection capacitor

Product structure:

1. Capacitor element adopts non-inductive winding structure
2. Capacitor dielectric-roughened polypropylene film
3. Capacitor Plate-Electrical Aluminum Foil
4. Vacuum impregnation (insulating oil)
5. SF6 gas is filled in the shell
6. Shell: one-time stretched aluminum shell, frosted oxidation, rolling groove treatment, the shell has a certain heat dissipation and fire resistance, and meets UL94V-0 (or environmental) requirements.
7. Polymer polypropylene polymer insulator
8. Overpressure protection: When the capacitor breaks down, the overcurrent increases, internal heat is generated, and the capacitor temperature rises. The internal gas expands, the shell cover bulges, and the explosion-proof groove is straightened.
 
Features:
 
It can withstand the impact of instantaneous high current and high voltage for a long time, and has the advantages of safety, explosion-proof, good heat dissipation, saving, and environmental protection.
 
Performance parameters:
 
1. Product voltage range: 0.5KVac-10KVac
2. Product capacity range: 0.05~50µF
3. Capacity deviation: ±3%, ±5%, ±10% (negotiable)
4. The loss tangent of the capacitor at 1kHz (tanδ) ≤0.0009
5. Insulation resistance value between terminals: when C≤1UF R≥3000MΩ; when C>1UF RC≥3000S
6. Test voltage between terminals: UTTDC=2.15Un, time 10S
7. Test voltage between terminal and housing: UTCAC=2 UN+1KV or 2KVAC, whichever is higher. (The product whose shell is used as a lead-out pole is not subject to this test)
 
The working environment:
 
1. The capacitor is installed in a clean environment and cooled by natural wind. Other environmental parameters can be satisfied as follows:
2. Ambient temperature range: -45℃~+85℃
3. Relative humidity: maximum = 95%. When the thyristor is working, the relative humidity is controlled at 40 to 70%.
4. Altitude: less than 2000 meters.
5. Shock/vibration: The capacitor can work under occasional earthquake conditions. Refer to IEEE693 [4] for the frequency range of earthquake occurrence.
6. The storage temperature range of the capacitor is: -40℃~+85℃.
